How to Win Against the RIAA in Court

This techdirt article suggests that the RIAA "will drop cases if you point out that an IP address isn't a person," and links to actual cases where the defendants won using this strategy. The logic behind this is that an IP address only points to who paid for the internet access, and not to who used it.
