Long Overdue Post . . .

Ok . . . so much to say . . . Well I'll start off by sayin' I was wrong this week on American Idol . . . Constantine went home . . . I'll miss him . . . he was awesome . . . unfortunately . . . he picked an awesome song to sing . . . but didnt do so well on it . . . it was a pretty sad moment when even Paula started to cry . . . with only 5 contestants left its getting harder to pick each week . . . I started playin' a new game online recently . . . its not a new game . . . its been around for awhile . . . I just never played it b4 . . . its called RuneScape . . . check it out . . . its fun to play . . . you can meet new ppl there . . . I dont like how it censors some things when you talk though . . . oh well . . . their rules not myne . . . I've been adding new ppl on my Myspace account . . . Im tryin' to add cool famous ppl . . . I hope they add me . .. I already requested to be added by Tom Green, Pamela Anderson, Keanu Reeves, Angelina Jolie, Misha Barton and the Olsen Twins . . . A couple I tried but had no luck with were Bill Clinton and Bill Gates . . . I've concluded that if your name is Bill on Myspace . . . you are a fake . . . LOL . . . On Hot or Not . . my current rating is 5.7 . . . 158 ppl have rated me . . . and I have 4 doulbe matches right now . . . Ok a few things today . . . they finally elected a new pope . . . its an old guy go figure . . . Today marks the 6th aniversary of the Columbine school incident and they are having trouble I guess making a memorial to the victims . . . I guess last nite the voting for American Idol again broke records for the show again . . . 34 Million votes counted . . . I'll be checking to see who is goin' home this week . . . I picked up a Linksys Wireless Gaming Adapter today . . . and a D-Link USB Wireless Adapter . . . one other thing in the news today . . . Its Been Awhile . . . .

Well I havent posted for awhile but alot has happened . . . I'll start with explaining what happened Saturday night . . . or rather Sunday morning as I tried to leave work . . . . here's the situation . . . I've been told over and over again to work my scheduled shift at work . . . I was already running late . . . and a bale needed to be made . . . I had less than half a cart of cardboard . . . so I figured it was time to go home . . . well while I was cashing in a can at the redemption machine out front of the store JR rushes out and tells me I have to clock back in and finish my work . . . and that he was giving me a verbal . . . I told him . . . I didnt think he could talk to me that way when I was off the clock . . . and he said fine just go home and we'll talk about this in the office . . . well to cover my butt I did try and clock back in . . . as I was told . . . and the time clock would not let me . . . so I picked up a few things and waited around to see if Co-Manager Sherri might come in that day . . . I waited for about 1 hr . . . she didnt show so I went home . . . she was however there on Sunday Nite . . . so I got a chance to talk to her and tell her how worried I was that JR was going to try and get me terminated over this . . . I admitted to having made a mistake and told her I know now that the right thing to do would have been to make the bale and get rid of my cardboard and then go home . . . but I tell you what . . . from this point forward . . . I am not longer going to cut any overtime for them . . . If I stay they can pay me for it . . . anyways . . . However I did stay to help out Gary on Monday morning . . and he politely asked me to come in @ 10:45 on Wednesday night . . . I told him out of respect I stayed for him and I'll come in later cuz I appreciate him . . . unlike some others . . LOL . . . . anyways Sherri now knows what happened and so does Gary . . . I know I still am gonna have to face JR and I want William to know what happened too . . . Im goin' to ask them both how a coaching will affect my ability to move forward with the company . . . and explain to them both that I want an Career out of Walmart not just a job . . . . This incident is only a bump in the road . . . and I'll only become a better person from it . . :) . . . . I went out to breakfast the other day with my Dad . . . we went to Dennys . . . . it was kewl . . . and yesterday . . . Dad took Me, My bro, and My Sister and her kids to lunch . . . we had 2 nachos platters and 2 sampler platters . . . we went to DJs . . . my dad had a 25 dollar gift certificate from the owner . . . well 25 bux covered the whole meal . . . and we left a 5 dollar tip . . . so we all had a good meal . . later on the kidos came over to my house . . . by this time I had been up all day . . and all nite and all day again . . . so I let them play on the computer . . . or internet rather . . . and I passed out on the couch . . . well thats about all I got for right now . . .

Whats New . . .

Ok . . . I'll start off by talkin' about the other day . . . I took my PS2 back and got another 1 . . . this 1 works . . . Im so happy . . . after that I went over to my sister's place to visit her kids . . . . from there we played on the trampoline for awhile . . . after that we had to clean out the car . . man was it a mess . . . then we went to pick up my niece Cassi . . . . and drop off my other niece Jessie at my other sisters house . . . while we were in Caldwell I stopped at Carl's Jr. You know . . . fast food is sooo slow today . . . . I ordered only 3 Crispy Spicy Chicken Sandwiches . . . I must have had to wait like 15 mins for them . . . . then we went to Wendy's to get something for the kids . . . we tried to order a baked potatoe . . . they didnt have any . . . then a side salad . . . . didnt have any of them either . . . . finally they just got fries . . . and a soda . . . . that was Ambers order . . . and Jr Cheeseburger and frosty for Cassi . . . Harley just got a Jr Cheeseburger . . . . on the way back home . . . when we got off the freeway we got pulled over by a cop . . . it sucked . . . but he was really nice . . . he said we were goin' to fast . . . but he just gave us a warning . . . and said to slow down . . . . anyways . . . . like I said he was kewl . . . . after that I was really tired . . . I slept all nite . . . then today . . . a friend of myne from work came over . . . I got him an account at Hotmail and Yahoo . . . . so he could have an e-mail address but also so he could use IM stuff . . . he dont know computers very well . . . . I also created a few profiles for him on various personals sites . . . . He wants to meet girls online from around here . . . anyways . . . I told him if he wants to be successful its gonna cost him some money . . . but makin' profiles was a first step . . . . he's thinkin' of gettin' a computer sumtime in the future . . . I wanted to go see Sin City yesterday . . . but was held over too late to catch the movie . . . I'll see it later on today . . . . anyways . . . after my friend Bobby left . . . I went to sleep for about 8 hrs . . . so from 1 to 9 roughly . . . I slept good today . . . then I got up and talked online with my buddie from Tahoe . . . Adam . . . . Hes kewl . . . . hes currently seein' this girl . . . her name is Brandi . . . she seem like a really nice girl . . . . anyways . . . the other nite I got a chance to chat with her . . . . and see her from her webcam . . . she seems to be a kewl girl . . . . then just earlier I got to say hi to Vicky . . . I met her awhile back . . . . she's in Austrailia . . . Alrighty . . . so Im sure everyone already knows about the Popes Death . . . he died yesterday . . . It seems to be a big deal . . . I guess he was a really great guy . . . Hello Readers . . .

Alright . . . so I got a couple of things to talk about today . . . In recent news . . . Yesterday . . . Terri Schiavo . . . she died yesterday . . . . I've already discussed this matter with a few ppl . . . my thoughts are . . . well first off Im glad its all over . . . Im glad that she has moved on to a better place . . . I don't really agree with the way she went though . . . I think its rather inhumane to have someone die by starvation . . . . without food or water . . . anyways moving on to better news . . . Google has done it again, GMail is now offering 2 Gigs of Mail . . . and its still free . . . . this doubles the capacity of the previous 1 Gig account . . . They are also adding many new features to their GMail account services . . . My thoughts . . . . 2 things really . . . . first off if they could double the 1 Gig account size . . . y do they have to keep the 10 Meg filesize cap on . . . why couldnt they increase it to 20 Megs . . . . second . . . i wonder how long they will be able to keep their services free . . . . sooner or later I could see them coming up with a pay service . . . just like everyone else does . . . . all these upgrades cost alot of money especially when you are on a scale as large as their customer base . . . . anyways . . . . for now . . . I'll continue to enjoy GMail for free . . . LOL . . . btw . . . I think Google is a great leader in invovation . . . . they offer many great services . . . . and continue to be inovative by offering new products and services . . . What a difference a few days can make . . .

Well I'll start off my tale of the last few days by starting on Saturday night . . . First off . . . when I went to work . . Julie . . . my co-worker . . . who will be quitting tomorrow . . . asked me if I would like to go to church sometime . . . I like an idiot said sure y not . . . Sunday morning of course being Easter . . . so I was basically convinced into goin' to church Sunday morning . . . . well that was ok . . but I really didnt want to go . . . I spent all night tryin' to figure out how was I goin' to get out of going to church Sunday morning . . . well at the end of the nght she gave me her phone number and told me to call her around 9 AM if I couldnt get a ride to church . . . I somehow lost her number before I even got home . . . so I figured its ok . . I'll just tell her I lost her number . . . and that I was sorry . . . but then around 9:15 AM . . . I get a call from her . . . saying that she sent someone out to pick me up . . . so she basically had gotten me a ride . . . . I told her politely as I could that I wasnt ready and had decided not to go . . . she didnt seem too upset . . but I feel bad that she went through all the trouble of getting me a ride when I didnt want to go . . . anyways . . . I thought it strange that she called me considering I never gave her my number . . . I think she got it from work . . . anyways . . thats kewl . . . well Sunday night I told her again that I was really sorry . . . I wasnt sorry so much for not goin' . . as I was for her goin' through all that trouble tryin' to get me a ride . . LOL . . . . anyways . . I can say this for her . . . . she at least asked me to go and even tried to get me a ride . . . which is more than anyone else has done for me since I moved up here . . . On to Sunday morning . . . . I slept in Sunday morning . . . and when I got up around 3 PM or so . . . My dad said he was goin' over to his Ex wifes house . . . and asked me if I wanted to go . . . I said sure . . . I need to get out more . . . . so we went over there . . and Chris(My Sister) and the kids(hers) where there . . . the kids got to do an Easter Egg hunt inside the house . . . it was kewl . . . I followed them around and picked up the eggs they left behind . . . but I tell you what for the most part they cleaned out the place . . . I got about a dozen eggs . . . and they had buckets full . . . LOL . . . . anyways . . . . then Monday . . . after work . . . I stayed up almost all day . . . my dad took us over to my other Sister's place . . . out in Caldwell . . . she needed to pick up some food . . . so we went around and got some . . . . I got to see my Sister(Teresa) for the first time since her birthday party . . . which was around the middle of Feb. . . . at the end of the day before coming back home we(Me, Dad, and Teresa) stopped at Wendy's . . . . I ordered a Baked Potato, 5 Pc chicken nuggets, and a side salad . . . Dad had 2 baked potatoes . . . and Teresa had a cheese burger and fries . . . . she was so happy . . . I was glad to see my sis happy . . . anyways . . . so when we got home I crashed . . . and I crashed hard . . . I got about 12 hrs of sleep then . . . and today I went over to visit my Sister Chris. She also came over to my house today . . . when she went to work she left the kids here w/ me . . . . they played on the computer . . . and then we watched American Idol . . . after that we had dinner . . . I cant believe I actually ate at the dining table . . . . anyways . . . after that some of us watched a movie and some of us were looking at pictures I had taken . . . Chris decided it was time for them to leave around 9:45 PM . . . after that I got on the computer . . . and here I am right now writing all of this down . . . this has gotten very long . . . so I'll end now . . . . come back and read more on the adventures of Dave and his family . . if you want to . . . Ok, so here is whats new . . . On American Idol, Mikalah Gordon just got voted off . . the poor girl . . she took it really well though . . . Next Tuesday is the next performance . . . All of my favorites are still in the game . . . Carrie, Bo, Constantine, Scott . . . its gonna be hard to choose when it gets down to the finals . . . Simon was quoted as predicting that Carrie would win and sell more records than any previous Idol . . . In other news . . . Fox is bringin' back on of my favorite shows . . . Tru Calling will be back on next week . . . . LOL . . . . lets see but thats not all . . . for anyone out there that knows me . . . I cleaned off my bed . . . LOL . . . Its nice to have a bed . . . that I can actually sleep in . . . LOL . . . now the mess is all over the rest of my room . . but at least I have a bed . . . now I have to try and clean the rest of my room . . . . hey check out this kewl site I found . . . its called 43 Things . . . . oh and in other news . . . I met this girl . . . her name is Natalie . . . shes really kewl . . . . I only have known her for about a week or so now . . but shes alot of fun . . . Time to post an update . . .

For anyone that reads this . . . sorry I havent written anything new in awhile . . . I started using this kewl P2P radio application called Mercora . . . its really kewl . . . I would recommend it to anyone that likes P2P . . . anyways . . . Last Saturday was interesting to say the least . . . I was late for work . . . but that was not the worst part . . . I got stopped by the cops on my way to work . . . appearantly the alarm up front at the cigarette store went off . . . so they were looking for anyone suspicious . . . I guess I fit that description . . . I explained to the officer that I was just going to work and was running late . . . he asked if I had anything on me . . and if he could check me . . . I said I had nothing then remembered I had my box knife for work . . . I told him that and he let me go . . . American Idol is on 3 times a week now . . . Monday the guys sing . . . Tuesday the girls sing . . . and Wednesday is Elimination day . . . its a really good competition this time around . . . they have alot of good talent . . . . Donald Trump fired another person on Thursday . . . poor girl didnt wanna fess up that she had totally blew the advertisement for PlayStation . . . .they were trying to make a commerical like mural for Gran Turismo 4 . . . . Last nite sucked at work . . . we had 14 pallets of grocery . . . and only 5 people . . . . on top of that . . . maintenance was waxing the floor . . . . which just put us way behind . . . oh well . . . we got through it . . . . however I find it interesting that the new assistant manager seems to think that she is reasonable . . . considering . . . the nite b4 we had 6 ppl and only 12 boards and barely got out on time . . . and yesterday . . . we got some help when it was time to zone . . . or else I dont think we would have gotten out on time . . . . Tonite is gonna suck . . . I have to do aisle 6 tonite . . . all cans . . . . oh well . . . at least I only have to do them 2 times a week now . . . and not all week . . . well . . . Happy B-Day to Me . . . .

Well after last week being a week I'd rather forget at work . . . . Saturday nite was terrible . . . we had 5 people working and 20 pallets of freight . . . thats just insane . . . . it was, however, Garys first nite . . . . Kelly, Bobby and Jason all had the nite off . . . which is where the nitemare began . . . . We all(the whole grocery crew) decided to work together that nite . . . . I was really impressed that Gary got us help . . . it was his first nite workin' overnites . . . . I actually saw him throwing freight which is more than i can say for most managers . . . . I have a great deal of respect for him . . . Sunday nite we had 24 boards . . . . however . . . we did get alot of features in . . . so it wasnt as bad as the nite before . . . also we had 1 extra person . . . . well my birthday this year was on Superbowl Sunday . . . . I didnt do very much though . . . slept most of the day . . . well I finally got one . . . I''ve been waitin' for almost a year . . . or since GMail started beta testing . . . . to get a GMail account . . . now I have one . . . thanks to John . . . what a guy . . . hes great . . . .

So Much to Write . . . .

Hey everyone . . . its been awhile since my last post . . . so let me catch you all up to date . . . I'll start by explainin' what happed at work last week . . . well Sergio done it . . . he pissed me off . . . I blew up at him on the sales floor . . . I told him "Why do you have to be such an Asshole to everybody?" to which he replied "It's my job." What an ass . . . . I had it with that guy . . . I had to go to management and explain what was goin' on . . . unfortunately I feel like she listened to me . . . but cant really do much about the Sergio situation . . . . oh well . . . we'll see what happens . . . . if nothing else . . . I'll transfer out to a different department . . . . well Microsoft did something good about a week or so ago . . . The acquired Giant . . . so now Microsoft is offering Anti-Spyware Beta for free . . . its the same thing Giant used to be but is free for now anyways . . . I'be been using it . . . . and really its an awesome product . . . . I surely hope they keep it free . . . . I saw Elektra the other day . . . when it first came out . . . day one . . . . first show . . . . I always did like to be first to see a new movie . . . . it was a pretty good turn out for around here too . . . usually when I go see a movie . . . not many ppl but me there . . . but Elektra had quite a few ppl at the first show . . . Season 3 of the Apprentice has begun . . . Donald Trump has already fired one of the applicants for the job . . . . LOL . . . . you know I find 3 things funny about that . . . first, I find it funny how the format for this season is . . . being High School Diplomas aka Street Marts vs College Grads with Degrees aka Book Smarts . . . second is a fact he stated when the show started . . . . The Streets Smarts groups' net worth is worth 3 times that of the Book Smarts group . . . LOL . . . and lastly . . . the Book Smarts were the first to lose and have to have a member of the team cut . . . Last nite at work had to be the nite from hell . . . we didnt get started throwin' freight until around 1 AM . . . an hr later than usual . . . and Segio couldnt do much besides bring out backstock that we didnt even need . . . what a worthless waist . . . to top that off . . . the end of the nite sucked . . . I got my damn toe ran over by a pallet jack . . . hurt like a mofo . . . Only 1 other thing on my list of things to talk about in this blog . . . and that is the US Ice Skating Nationals . . . Michelle Kwan took the gold . . . and set alot of records there . . . in Portland OR, about a week ago . . . nice performance if I do say so myself . . . . and Sasha Cohen . . . she took silver . . . and was spectacular as well . . . . but I must say . . . I think I have a new favorite . . . at only 15 this girl . . . Kimmie Meissner . . . shows wonderful raw talent . . . . she is simply amazing . . . . i see a wonderful future in store for her . . . many gold medals to come in the future . . . well . . . . Second Post of the New Year . . .

How the hell are you everyone??? This is only my second post of the year . . . I'm doing great . . . the only thing that bothers me so far this year is the slightly disturbin' fact that my brother was harassin' some of my friends online the other day . . . I haven't gotten a chance to find out what was goin' on yet . . . I work tonite so I'll probably catch up with him tomorrow sometime . . . in any case I want to find out what the heck was goin' on . . . anyways . . . I had the last two days off from work . . so I've been home workin' on my computer . . . I downloaded and installed Fedora Core 3 on a spare 20 Gig HD that I have . . . I spent the last day or so configuring the thing to work . . . there are still a couple of things I would like to get working . . . for one . . . I would like to learn how to get PC games working on it . . . the other thing . . . right now I'm hardwired into the network . . . I need to learn how to set up my WiFi . . . but other than that . . . I've got all my web browsers work in' . . . Mozilla, Firefox, Opera, and even Konqueror . . .I got Flash installed, Java, and even a movie player plugin installed . . . I have Yahoo Messenger configured and working . . . only thing . . . I need to check and see if I can burn CDs . . . and watch DVD movies . . . haven't had time to check those yet . . . anyways . . . I have to get ready for work soon . . . Christmas Is Over . . .

Well its official . . . we are heading into 2005 . . . Christmas was a big success . . . . Everyone loved their presents . . . . Im glad . . . it was nice to be with family yesterday . . . Harley liked his tools that I got him . . . my Dad likes his electronic tape measurer . . . . we had to get a 9 volt battery for that thing . . . it works really good though . . . . just point the laser and click . . . and instant measurement . . . . my sister Christine . . . . she really liked the Jewelry box I got for her . . . and my dads ex-wife Jan just loved the 5.1 Surround sound speaker system I got for her . . . overall Christmas was great . . . I still have lots of leftovers . . . Harley asked me if I was deprived of food as a child cuz I always buy so much food whenever I have anyone over . . . I would rather have an overabundance than be short and not have enough . . LOL . . . . you know I only finished my Christmas shopping the week b4 Christmas . . . I think I did pretty good . . . . what really hurts right now is tryin' to get back on track . . . financially that is . . . I recorded 4 episodes of The OC on DVD . . . and watched the season finale of The Apprentice . . . appearantly they plan on making 2 more seasons . . . Donald Trump must be really busy . . . . Anyways . . . after all this recording I was very tired from being up all day . . . Last nite I showed up 2 hrs late to work . . . it was the first time ever for me . . . . Im never late . . . . My Dad had to wake me up and ask me what I was doing home instead of at work . . . . anyways I called in and I hope everything is ok . . . Jaren seemed to take it pretty well . . . I just explained to him that my alarm never woke me up . . . I was exhausted . . . I think he understood . . . He just said that it was better that I showed up late than never . . . . I think he appreciated me calling in and letting him know what was up . . . anyways . . . I still have not yet gotten any Christmas presents for anyone yet . . . how much can one procrastinate . . . anyways I'll keep writing more when there is more to writa about . . . until next entry . . . later . . . .

Long time no post . . . .

Alright . . . last week I went to see Blade Trinity . . . . that movie rox . . . . If you liked the first and second Blade movies . . . You'll love this one . . . The special effects were amazing . . . very well done . . . . I bought a bunch of DVD-Rs for recording my movies to . . . . I was running out of DVD-RW disc . . . and Staples had Teon DVD-R disc on sale for like 5 bux . . . . it was a steal . . . . I got like 20 bux worth . . . . Right now Im recording "Joe Somebody" . . . . My DVR player recorded it yesterday . . . Im recording it to DVD now . . . then I'll add "Rollerball" to it . . . and finalize the Disc . . . . Work sux . . . . with the Holidayz here . . . its really a mess . . . . I havent even done any Christmas shopping yet . . . I dont got much extra cash this yr for X-Mas . . . Santas kinda poor this year . . . Spent his money elsewhere . . . . LOL . . . . well enough of my ranting for now . . . . Long Overdue Entry . . . .

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving . . . honestly the day after thanksgiving was pretty nice 4 me . . . I got out of work early . . . we (myself, my dad and my sister) went shopping . . . my sis picked up a bunch of presents for christmas . . . . my bro got some stuff for himself as well . . . a nice home theatre DVD system for only 80 bux . . . he got a bunch of kewl lookin' posters he put up around his living room too . . . . anyways . . . I got a nice DVD recorder machine . . . it rocks . . . . it records to any kind of media . . . DVDs and CDs . . . . Im not sure what Im gonna do with the other one I have . . . . I like the new one better . . . . I went to see "National Treasure" yesterday with my bro, my dad, and his ex wife . . . . my brother took us out to see it . . . . he was pretty tired afterwards . . . fell asleep over @ my place . . . I feel bad cuz I fell asleep too . . . and I was supposed to get him up for work . . . . I think he's still mad @ me . . . . It finally snowed up here the other day . . . snow is kewl . . . . I miss it . . . . I work out now with a couple of the guys from work once in awhile . . . I want to get around to doing it like 3 times a week or so . . . . I picked up a kewl game today for only like 10 bux . . . Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind . . . its supposed to be awesome . . . . I have yet to test it out . . . . Im gonna install it after writing all this stuff . . . . also I have to make some copies of a few recorded movies I have for my bro . . . . hes been waiting for them for awhile . . . . so I gotta get . . . .
